alors voila la recette: pour 4 fondants au chocolat noir) 2 oeufs 80 g de sucre roux 120 g de chocolat à 70% de cacao 80 g de beurre 20 g de farine Recette du fondant au chocolat, coeur coulant Préchauffez le four à 220°C. Faites fondre le chocolat avec le beurre au bain-marie ou directement au four à micro-ondes. Battez les oeufs avec le sucre jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse et incorporez y la farine tamisée. Mélangez les deux préparations avec une spatule. Versez la pâte dans vos moules individuels (beurrés si besoin) et enfournez pour 7 à 8 minutes à 220°C. Sortez les fondants au chocolat du four et laissez les refroidir quelques minutes avant de les démouler. Vous pouvez servir les fondants au chocolat tels quels ou bien accompagnés d'une crème anglaise, d'une boule de glace à la vanille ou d'une purée de fraises. Avec une cuisson parfaite, ces fondants au chocolat sont croquants en surface, moëlleux dedans et coulants à coeur. Un vrai délice à la sortie du four. Ps: perso je rajoute un carré de chocolat dans chaque moule juste avant la cuisson: coulant assuré!!

Pour les besoins de la VDM, j'ai évalué son âge au pif (je sais pas moi, ça parle mais ça dit des trucs un peu incohérents, j'me suis dit que trois ans ça devait coller^^) Finalement je n'ai rien ramassé du tout, sa mère l'a un peu engueulé ~

Je suis l'auteur de la VDM, donc je viens expliquer un peu de quoi il retourne. Je ne suis pas mariée, je ne suis pas en couple, et l'utilisation du mot amant n'avait rien à voir avec une infidélité quelle qu'elle soit. Le mot amant était à entendre seulement dans le sens "Homme ayant des relations essentiellement physiques avec une femme". Nous flirtions depuis plusieurs semaines, et avions enfin "conclu" (bouh le vilain mot, mais j'aurais pu employer pire !). Avant de pioncer, monsieur m'avait demandé si j'envisageais plus qu'un one shot, ce à quoi j'avais répondu que oui, pourquoi pas, bonne nuit. Voilà pourquoi, le matin, ne le voyant plus, j'ai assez mal pris qu'il se soit barré sans prévenir. Il était effectivement dans la salle de bain, et a été un rien vexé en m'entendant l'insulter copieusement et, toute ma mauvaise foi resurgissant dans un pareil cas, assuré à mon félin que c'était nul de toute façon. Un rien impulsive la nana, je le reconnais. Mais bon, il me plaisait ce garçon aussi ! Ceci étant, si certains parmi vous aiment les happy end, sachez que l'amant en question a lu la VDM, que ça l'a beaucoup fait rire, et qu'il est revenu. Et qu'il est en train de devenir un plus qu'amant. Et sinon, mon chat va bien.

Alors pour l'histoire, ma mère discutait dehors avec une amie quand elles ont vu la lumière. Toutes les deux croyaient à une soucoupe volante. Elles m'ont avoué l'avoir remarqué depuis plusieurs minutes, en se demandant si c'était oui ou non un OVNI. Du centre du village on ne pouvait pas voir le faisceau lumineux qui aurait indiqué l'origine de cette lumière. Il a fallut se diriger sur une place ouverte pour voir que c'était un projecteur de la boîte située dans le village d'à côté. Nous n'avions jamais vu ce faisceau avant, et je ne l'ai pas remarqué à nouveau depuis. Avec les lumières des lampadaires on ne voit pas très bien le ciel d'ici, et quand bien même, on a pas pour habitude de le scruter à la recherche d'une lumière blanche non plus ...
