Bonjour à tous. Voilà quelques précisions : Ces clients étaient particulièrement exigeants car ils se sont même plaints des moustiques la nuit. J'avais beau leurs expliquer que je ne pouvais rien y faire, ils passaient leurs journées à se plaindre à la respection. Petit précision : c'était un très beau hôtel 5 étoiles à l'étranger. (Pas de quoi se plaindre à priori) voilà, voilà bonne journée à tous :)
