Là, c'était juste le pompon... venant de la part d'une personne qui n'a fait que râler et agacer tous mes collègues présents ce jour là, je n'ai pas été la seule à la remettre à sa place. De plus, comparer le tout au Moyen Âge était risible puisque la passagère avait fièrement et pompeusement annoncé qu'elle sortait d'un stage doctorant... en nous incendiant bien au passage que nous n'avions pas à la traiter de la sorte, comme si elle se prenait pour un chef d'Etat. Non, nous ne sommes pas là pour "faire chier le monde", comme nous l'entendons souvent. Mais pour prévenir plutôt que guérir. Notre métier n'est pas facile, car nous en prenons plein la figure pour pas un rond. Et, en effet, je suis d'accord avec un commentaire laissé par un collègue, les mesures ne nous plaisent pas forcément, certaines nous font rire tellement elles sont ridicules, mais nous n'avons pas le choix, la sécurité des gens est en jeu. Alors, en effet, il nous arrive de remettre des passagers à leur place, tant ils se croient au dessus du lot et des lois, nous insultent, nous envoient des objets à la figure, et certains de mes collègues se sont fait frapper. Dans notre boulot, une occasion pareille de rabaisser le caquet d'un passager se croyant suprêmement intelligent et nous méprisant ne se laisse donc pas passer. Essayez d'être sympa quand vous voyagez, nous le serons aussi avec vous !
