Petite précision à l'affaire, le mec sur le scooter n'a eu que quelques hématomes (heureusement...), et était sous l'emprise de divers toxiques ;) Pour moi : 2500 € de réparations, ça se passe de commentaire. Et bien entendu, c'est les autres assurances qui ont fait l'avance.
