Today, I went out with my friend and her boyfriend. Not knowing him very well, I accidentally called him by her ex’s name. He took that as a sign she was still seeing the ex and dumped her on the spot. She’s now not speaking to me for ruining her life. I’m just bad with names. FML
Today, my boyfriend of a couple of weeks mixed up my name with his ex-wife's name. After he said it, he looked at me and said, "You knew it was going to happen." FML
Today, my boyfriend broke up with me because I cut my hair short and he didn't want people to think he was gay. FML
Today, my boyfriend broke up with me because he found out I’m a firstborn. My last boyfriend broke up with me because my hair blows in my face when the car window is down, and the one before that broke up with me because I only sleep with one pillow. FML
Today, my boyfriend was introducing me to some business partners. As he was going along telling me their names, when he introduced me, he called me by my best friend's name. FML
Today, I found out my ex-boyfriend used the baby name I wanted with the girlfriend he’s been dating for less than a year. FML
Today, my boyfriend of one year told me not to walk beside him because people might "think we're together". FML

IWA: If the comments below yours aren't replies to you-- which should be easy to figure out, since the numbers are out of order on replies, and the replies should be marked differently than new comments, no matter what app or site you're using-- just assume they're talking about the story. If there's another person out there who can't reply, but wants to address you, they'll start their new comment with either your number or some form of your name (the way I started this reply).
