Today, I found out that even though my girlfriend is on the pill, and even though my girlfriend took emergency contraception, she became pregnant days after the first time we had sex without a condom. FML

Today, I found out that my girlfriend of five months is pregnant. Apparently, she stopped taking her pill two months ago because "we" wanted a baby. I don't recall ever having that discussion with her. FML
Today, I found out the hard way that my girlfriend lied about being on the pill four months ago. FML
Today, after my wife and I have been trying for a baby for 2 years, I found out she's still on the pill. Apparently when she was a teen she had bad period cramps, so her doctor gave her the pill for the pain. She never realized it stops pregnancy. FML
Today, I found out that morning after pills don't work if you're already ovulating. I also found out that I might become a father wayyyy sooner than expected. FML
Today, I found out that I'm going to be a mother. This was a mystery, since I take birth control and use condoms all the time. Or, at least, it was, until my mother admitted to swapping my pills and poking holes in my condoms so she could have a grandchild before she died. FML
Today, I found out via a Twitter post that my girlfriend is pregnant. FML
Today, I found out the girl my boyfriend was seeing just before me is pregnant. FML
Today, I went to the health department to get on some birth control. I left the health department without birth control, and with the news that I'm pregnant. FML
Today, I found out I'm three weeks pregnant with a guy I've been dating for a month. I'm on the pill and we even used a condom. This baby must be some kind of superhuman. FML
Today, my girlfriend came back from visiting her family. She'd forgotten to take her pills, and decided to "catch up" by taking almost a week's worth of birth control and prescription pills. She's fine, but I had to convince the ER staff that she's not suicidal, just stupid. FML

Sounds more like the babies not yours and she was already pregnant!! It takes weeks to find out if you're pregnant from the time you have sex.

birth control pills are more reliable than condoms usually. and anyone saying that you should have used a condom is just trying to blame you for this unfortunate happening. the pill is supposed to work and is just as valid as a condom is when used alone. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Just a few words from someone who is struggling to conceive. Please believe me this comes from a place of love and absolutely no judgement whatsoever as I have absolutely no idea what you and your girlfriend’s situation is. This little baby was created against all odds; it’s obviously going to be a very strong little human:) please consider all options available. And please know that my thoughts and well wishes are with you both whatever your girlfriend decides. Please be there for her during this decision making process. I wish the best for you both. Usually a positive shows after 14 days and have to be confirmed by blood work, she is taking you for a fool and next time pull out, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me

She did not become pregnant days after you had sex. She might have found out then.
