Today, it's my second week of internship, I have like 8 more weeks to go and I'm dreading it. It's an office internship and I HATE being in office environments. The sounds of the phone ringing, doorbell dinging, loud typing, and fluorescent lights? Argh, I want to end myself! FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, it's almost a week since our intern started. We have an open plan office, so I can't help but hear her talk excitedly. This wouldn't be a bad thing if she didn't stop saying "it's giving…" and "like" every ten words. Our company doesn't allow headphones, so I'm stuck in hell, which, like, is giving, like, you know, pain. FML
Today, I started the internship of my dreams. The company has nothing for me to do, so I sit and stare at the clock. FML
Today, we moved desks for the umpteenth time, and my supervisor stuffed me in a corner by the door with no one around to talk to. The worst thing is I hear the badge reader beep every few seconds. It's already driving me crazy. FML
Today, I got an email from the person I'm supposed to start an internship with next week, saying they're leaving the company. This has been planned since October and will be a year long. Now I have to try to sort things out as quickly as possible if I want to graduate on time. FML
Today, my intern was given his own office. I have been asking to move out of my cubicle for nearly four years. FML
Today, I realized I freaking hate my career. I've only got through a semester, but I feel like I can't end the four years it takes. FML
Today, I went in for my second day working at my internship. My bosses greeted me and told me we were going to have a meeting. The meeting was about the drunk voicemails I left them on Saturday. FML
Today, at my internship, I was told we were going to do something fun. I was excited, until I found out that this "fun" thing was labeling 500 folders. FML
Today, my older, temporary coworker comments every time I yawn, sneeze, cough, leave my desk to use the restroom, and on what I eat at lunch, laughing the whole time. It’s driving me crazy. Only 8 more weeks. FML
Today, I'm a graduate but still an unpaid intern. My daily work is folding letters and putting them into envelopes. The sad thing is, I actually enjoy doing it. FML

The whole point of an internship (besides the employer getting cheap labor from you) is for you to learn what it’s like working in that field and for them to learn if in the future they would want you as a full employee… It sounds like you are in the wrong field if a normal office environment is that irritating to you. Give it a little time, perhaps it will become acceptable to you. If not consider a different field of work.

What kind of crazy office do you work in? We all know that the standard, typical office is people sitting around in Jacuzzis being massaged by either naked women with huge ******* or naked men with huge dongs, according to your preference. What kind of weird place are you in?

The whole point of an internship (besides the employer getting cheap labor from you) is for you to learn what it’s like working in that field and for them to learn if in the future they would want you as a full employee… It sounds like you are in the wrong field if a normal office environment is that irritating to you. Give it a little time, perhaps it will become acceptable to you. If not consider a different field of work.

That's a perk for regional managers and above. The grunts below that are stuck with masseuses/masseurs who sport huge appendages that are typical for their gender. And also, water Jacuzzis. The big knobs sit in champagne Jacuzzis. This isn't common knowledge?
