Today, I watched my best friend get married. I then watched her completely ignore my maid of honor speech, because she was messing with the lights behind us. FML
Today, I had to sit through the wedding of my best friend and the love of my life, and pretend to be happy for them. FML
Today, my best friend of over 16 years is getting married. I was supposed to be her Maid of Honor. Instead I was uninvited a few weeks ago. FML
Today, I was the best man at my longtime friend’s wedding. I got so into talking about our shared memories over the years that I accidentally called his bride by his ex-girlfriend’s name at the end of my toast. FML
Today, I found my two best friends making out with each other. Not a big deal, right? Wrong. Today was my wedding day. One of the friends was my maid of honor, the other was my groom. FML
Today, I married the beautiful girl I’ve been in love with since we were both 6 years old. By married, I mean I performed the marriage ceremony as the vicar and watched her smile and kiss her arsehole boyfriend, now husband, right in front of me. FML
Today, my best friend told me she's been in love with me for over 4 years. I'm getting married to the man of my dreams in a month and she's supposed to be my bridesmaid. "Awkward" doesn't even begin to describe our friendship right now. FML
Today, I attended my best friend's wedding. Instead of throwing her bouquet, she turned around and handed it to me. I was the only single lady out of 150 guests. FML
Today, I married my best friend in the whole world at a small romantic venue. By that I mean I married my actual best mate while completely hammered at a drive-through wedding chapel. My fiancée is gonna kill me when she finds out. FML
Today, I get to see my best friend and love of my life of two years marry the man she loves. Back then, I lied and told her I was gay to avoid her finding out my feelings for her. FML

#112 has it. You could have said something to him, but you didn't. Maybe if you had talked to him BEFORE he started dating your best friend, something would have happened. That's what happens when you keep your mouth shut. You'll never get what you want if you don't ask for it. Sorry, but you didn't speak up, so you didn't get what you wanted. This is a sad FML, but you should have said something, either to the guy or your best friend.

Honestly, I'm getting tired of these FML's "ZOMG MY BEST FRIEND IS WITH THE BOY/GIRL I'VE BEEN IN LOVE WITH FOREVER!!111!!1!!!1!!!!!!1!!". It's your fault for not confessing it to them in the first place. I mean seriously... I KNOW it's hard to confess your feelings to someone, but if you're THAT in love with him, he should've been worth it. You need to take that plunge sometimes, or you're not truly living. What if he felt the same way? You could've been the one marrying him instead. If you DID confess your feelings to him, and he didn't feel the same... it's your fault for not moving on and getting over it. Some people are just not worth the pain and suffering. I'm sure there's other great men out there that will love you... and probably would be better for you than him. And, why would you agree to be a maid of honer if the wedding hurt you so badly? Did you not even confess your feelings for this man to your best friend? I thought best friends told each other everything? If you've had a crush on him since 8th grade, shouldn't she have known? If she DID know, and married him anyway, then you DEFINITELY shouldn't have been the maid of honor, and she's not worth being friends with if she'll marry a man that she knows you're "in love with".
