Today, my best friend of over 16 years is getting married. I was supposed to be her Maid of Honor. Instead I was uninvited a few weeks ago. FML
Today, I was the best man at my longtime friend’s wedding. I got so into talking about our shared memories over the years that I accidentally called his bride by his ex-girlfriend’s name at the end of my toast. FML
Today, I found my two best friends making out with each other. Not a big deal, right? Wrong. Today was my wedding day. One of the friends was my maid of honor, the other was my groom. FML
Today, I married the beautiful girl I’ve been in love with since we were both 6 years old. By married, I mean I performed the marriage ceremony as the vicar and watched her smile and kiss her arsehole boyfriend, now husband, right in front of me. FML
Today, my best friend told me she's been in love with me for over 4 years. I'm getting married to the man of my dreams in a month and she's supposed to be my bridesmaid. "Awkward" doesn't even begin to describe our friendship right now. FML
Today, I attended my best friend's wedding. Instead of throwing her bouquet, she turned around and handed it to me. I was the only single lady out of 150 guests. FML
Today, I married my best friend in the whole world at a small romantic venue. By that I mean I married my actual best mate while completely hammered at a drive-through wedding chapel. My fiancée is gonna kill me when she finds out. FML
Today, I get to see my best friend and love of my life of two years marry the man she loves. Back then, I lied and told her I was gay to avoid her finding out my feelings for her. FML

To all the people telling her she should speak up and tell him, or tell her best friend...ARE YOU ALL COMPLETELY MENTAL?! It's a crush, you'll get over it. If he was meant for you, then he wouldn't be marrying your best friend. I know it's hard, but it's not like she married him out of the blue, she must have been dating him for a long time before hand, so you've had plenty of time to adjust to this. He's not for you, so you have two choices...start talking yourself out of this crush and get over it and move on with your life, or keep pining away in silence and being miserable. But whatever you do, do NOT tell either of them how you feel, because that would be incredibly selfish, and probably lose you a couple of friends.

People who say YDI to OP. Please go screw yourself. This is probably the saddest FML I've ever read. I can totally relate with you. Even I am in love with a girl who has rejected me. I know how it feels to be in one-sided love. It sucks. Some people here just don't understand the feeling. What can I can say to you OP? There is one particular dialog from The Last Samurai that Tom Cruise says "A man has to do what he can till his destiny is shown to him". I totally believe in this. They say time is the greatest healer, I'm sure your pain will also heal. #44- I appreciate the pain you took in posting your thoughts here.
