Today, I tried to log into Instagram for the first time in 2 days. They deactivated my account for violating their guidelines. I haven't posted a picture or made a comment in months. FML

Today, I logged on to Facebook for the first time in nine days. No new notifications. FML
Today, I was stalking a popular girl from my high school's account and my phone went bonkers. It looks like I liked and disliked the same video of hers over and over. I disabled my Instagram account. FML
Today, I reactivated my Facebook account, having not used it for three months. My "friends" didn't realize this. According to their recent status updates, I'm disgustingly fat, have a hook nose, and I'm secretly hated. FML
Today, after two weeks of not being able to log into my Facebook account, I received a prompt to change my password. I interpreted this as them saying that I was hacked, and they had simply shut it down to avoid problems, so I did. It still won't let me in. FML
Today, after deactivating my Facebook page 4 days ago for stalking reasons - as in me stalking my ex - I reactivated it for approximately 3 minutes to see what his status update was, then deactivated it again. I'm just THAT pathetic. FML
Today, I made a Discord account for the first time and got banned, even though I hadn't even logged in. Like, how is that possible? FML
Today, thanks to a tip from a friend, I discovered that my Facebook account had been hacked. Again. Only this time, it won't let me recover my account because it doesn't "know" it's me. They're also not giving me any options to prove that I am… me. FML
Today, I found out that when someone posts a "story" on Instagram, they can see who has viewed it and how many times. I have been viewing an ex's story every day for the past week. We do not follow each other. FML
Today, I stupidly liked a post on my ex's social media account from three years ago. They then texted me immediately to ask why I was stalking them. FML
Today, I fucked up by clicking on my ex's new partner's stories while deep-diving into their Instagram. Now they know I'm still lurking in the shadows of their social media because they can see who viewed their stories, and I can feel the judgment radiating through the screen. FML

Happened to me, they don't like it if you don't sign in regularly and so they deactivate your account whenever they please. You can contact them to get it reactivated :)

I got a Facebook warning and suspension for criticizing the local PD. Why? Because I felt that allocating resources used to help the homeless to the PD was an unnecessary and wasteful endeavor especially with the spike of homelessness in the city. A fact that I backed with facts and zero swear words. Apparently Facebook hates opinions, even when they aren't posted.
