Today, someone in my class wrote "Erase me if you can!" at the very top of the board, as I am always tormented about how short I am compared to everyone else. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't reach it. I'm the teacher. FML

next time you give them an exam write "pass me if you can" at the top of every page. show your class that you have a sense of humor. :)

take in their workbooks/pads for a review and write 'erase me if you can' in all their workbooks in permanent marker. maybe draw a **** in some of their books.

Double whammy...Not only could you not reach the top of the chalk board, but your delinquent students probably got a juvenile giggle out of seeing "chalkdust in the headlights!"

Heh, I'm 2.75" taller than my mom. Of course that's not much of an accomplishment, seeing as she's 5'. Anyway, cheers to being short! We will never bonk our heads on low doorways or ceilings.

If that happened in my classes, I'd be a suspect because I'm 5 foot 11 at 12 years old, and still on the growth spurt.
