Communication is the only way that will get any better. Maybe it has been 2 months because he knows he is failing in that area and does not know how to improve things. Talk, talk, talk.

pshhh...wait til you have a baby! then you'll never want sex!!! we're in month 19 of no sex. last time was to conceive said baby...I was so sick during my pregnancy and my drive has absolutely crashed after birth. I literally don't know how siblings are made.

I love all the comments here from everyone thinking they know best. News flash: you don't! I'm in the same situation as OP and I communicate with my husband very well. Sometimes all the communication in the world doesn't make it click for some reason. My husband is just bad in bed. He has no interest in improving despite my gentle tips and advice. It is what it is. We have a great marriage besides that. It is unfortunate, though...

Maybe your tips are just a little too gentle. You don't have to be mean about it but you probably do need to be more blunt. Guys just don't do subtle very well.

it's ok. husband and I didn't have sex for 3 months once... I got a new job that involved me working over night and him during the day.. so it was difficult. we finally found a balance.. and yes the sex was bad when we finally did it but now it's back to being great again. hang in there. it'll get better

this true but if you think about it not all guys are instant pros. most guys who save till after marriage have clearly never had sex so dont expect them to be good in bed. instead work with it. men and women both please themselves when they young.... normally but until you have sex you wont have any experiece with the opposite sex obviously so if you find out someone is bad in bed just means they're no good in bed or havent found out what the girl likes. thats a good thing for most women cause they can teach them easily how he can please her. the only thing stopping him from becoming a beast in the sheets is well communication and lack of sex. oh and the will to do so if a man doesnt want to improve for his woman he aint a keeper.. thats really only reason to leave a good guy. not because they no good but because they dont want to become better in all aspects for their woman. best choice is to tell the guy he needs to improve to keep a healthy relationship if he says he doesnt want to. he not a real man but if he does just tell him what you like find out what he likes then compare contrast and compromise. sadly im no good in bed but i really was just thrown into it. not all guys are natural freaks in the sheets teach em what you want and get them to listen to those three c's and then enjoy. if you say he still no good even if he does everything you said its not gonna be his fault. lol

Talking about intimacy issues can be uncomfortable, but if you are sensitive and honest about them, it can make a world of difference. I would suggest finding some books or having a couple of drinks and throwing out some new techniques or foreplay options. Communication is the only way your intimacy is going to improve with your husband.
