Today, my wife decided to end our dry spell of four months and started dry humping and kissing me in bed. Things were going well until she orgasmed from the activity and declared that she was too tired to do any more, rolled over, and fell asleep. Five months or bust. FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.

Might want to rephrase that, 3. Since neither partner is obligated to "service" the other.

<p>If either of you only try to initiate sex when you've gone to bed for the night and are already tired, maybe a long weekend or holiday together would help with more opportunities to snuggle up. And if it doesn't help maybe it would be a good time to discuss your problems without her using tiredness as an excuse, maybe there's something stressing her out and she needs time to talk it through with you.</p>

Well, be active and show her ur skills.

Maybe if you tried more frequently than monthly, you'd get it right.

Comment moderated for rule-breaking.

Mean no offense, but this is a marriage in trouble. I don't know how old you are, but men, to be blunt, need to be serviced. She got what she needed and ignored his needs. She didn't care. She better start caring or she will be alone.

You are right, the way I phrased my comment might not be the best, but it was the most powerful way I could think of. While his wife might not be obligated to "service him", he does have needs. Male or female, if they are unsatisfied, they often go elsewhere. Hence my comment "the marriage is in trouble ".

<p>you know how many men have fallen asleep on me before I was satisfied? women need to be satisfied too&nbsp;</p>

How's that double-standard working out for you? You do realize how often women face the same issue, right? It's not fair for either partner to be left out, and often women get the short end of that particular stick. So it's not as though OP is in a one-sided situation. And as another commenter has stated, nobody has to service anybody else. Strong relationships often involve that, yes, but it's not a requirement, nor should it be treated like one. In short, please take your narrow-minded bs

Men don't 'need' to be serviced; sex is a want, not a necessity, and nobody, married or not, is obligated to service you. It doesn't mean they don't care; just that they aren't interested. No reason why a man can't service himself.

<p>There's always Dr Ruth.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm not sure how it works, exactly, but I think you're supposed to close your eyes and think about Dr Ruth until you're horny...</p>

This is the reason people cheat on each other sadly.

<p>&nbsp;At least she didn't use a funny voice.</p>

Well you should talk to her because that's unfair of her to do

<p>A lot of terrible advice in this thread. It's a real shame when realtionships get to that point. I hope things get better for you both. As it stands, though, FYL :(</p>
