Today, my classmate went into rage mode and cursed at me, complaining how it's so unfair that I'm allowed to wear a hijab in class but she isn't allowed to wear a Flamingo hat. FML

Today, a girl in my class threw a temper tantrum. Why? Because she wanted my seat. We're in high school. FML
Today, apparently, I can't have a bad day. After school, mom asked me if I'd had a good day. I told her no. Without asking, she went on a tirade about how unsociable I am and how poor my attitude is. I was harassed all day by my classmates because I don't wear expensive brand name clothes like they do. FML
Today, my mother had a full-on hissy fit because of the clothes I was wearing. Not because she thought they were inappropriate, but because I was "stealing her look." FML
Today, I saw my coworker write about how awful Muslims were and how the religion is stupid, the hijab is oppressive, and how they're a poison on society. When I questioned them about it, they pretty much said that I didn't know anything and should stop talking. I'm Muslim and a hijabi. FML
Today, I had to listen to my classmate loudly argue a question she got wrong on a test for half an hour, repeating the same incorrect argument ad nauseam. She screamed at the rightfully exasperated teacher for being "biased" when he gave up, and started screaming again when I tried to explain it in a different way. FML
Today, I had a parent come in for a conference. When she stepped into my classroom, she immediately went on a rant about how I’m "woke indoctrinating" her child and threatened to homeschool her. She then stormed out. I had a rainbow chart of the colors and a poster of multicolored hands. I teach 1st grade. FML
Today, after finding out that my professor likes to talk trash about, and constantly belittle, Muslims in every American History class he teaches, I submitted an essay about Muslim contributions to humanity. He held me back after class and asked why I gave him such filth. I'm a Muslim. FML
Today, I gathered the courage to participate in a class discussion. My professor laughed at me. FML
Today, I was screamed at by a girl, all because I wore a pride-themed Mickey Mouse shirt. Apparently, I’m supporting “hypocritical capitalist freaks” who profit off LGBT people, yet support anti-LGBT legislation. Also, she commented about my Starbucks drink, another “anti-LGBT company.” I can’t win. FML
Today, I was in class just taking notes and minding my own business. The teacher has already called my parents twice complaining about me. As we are taking 3 pages of notes she grabs mine and rips them up, saying that she is sick and tired of me drawing. I was drawing the graphs on the board. FML

Op you should tell her that as tragic as it is in some countries women get killd if they don't wear one. You can then evaluate her stupidity by listening to her response & then devide wether explaining it to her males sence or not.

There is some hypocrisy involved when allowances are made to rules. I think the religious exemption is acceptable. He is just trying to use the flamingo hat to push the issue and cause you a problem. Kind of an ass move, but some civil liberties people insist on using their powers for evil.

Sounds like discrimination. You're allowed to wear something your religion orders you to wear in order to be considered a member of the fantasy story about your god, but your friend isn't allowed to praise the Flamingo God? Now the Flaming God will be angry and will boot your friend out of the Flamingo God religion club.
