Today, I went to contest a parking ticket in court. I came out 3 hours later, all charges clear, to a new parking ticket on my windshield, for the same amount I just got cleared. FML

Today, I went to city hall to pay for a parking ticket. After returning to my truck, I found a parking ticket on my window. FML
Today, I parked my car, went to pay for my spot, and returned to my car only to find a parking violation ticket tucked under the windshield wipers. This all happened in less than a minute. FML
Today, I got a $60 parking ticket for not paying the $2.50 pay-to-park fee. I checked my bank records, which proved that I'd paid the fee, for the correct space too. The problem is the fine is too small to contest in traffic court. FML

Are you sure it's not the same ticket? If you're stupid enough to commit the same offence twice, then you're stupid enough to have forgotten to take the parking ticket off your windshield.
