Today, I was performing in an orchestra concert. My stand partner and I commented on people in the audience the whole time, saying how fat they were, etc. Towards the end of the concert, I realized we were sitting right by a microphone, and the whole audience could hear us. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, I went to an orchestra concert. Halfway through the performance I had to fart really bad, so I decided to try and sneak it in while the orchestra was playing a loud exciting part. Just as I let it rip, there was a dramatic pause in the music. Everyone heard. FML
Make an entrance, not a scene
Today, I was a guest performer for a school orchestra concert a grade above mine. When they called my name, I didn’t hear them, so when they started the song hundreds of people watched me run on stage. FML
Today, I farted at a crowded concert, and people started commenting on said fart. I specifically went out of my way to eat certain foods all day so that it wouldn't happen. FML
Gigs
Today, I went to see my favorite band in concert. Not only did the people next to me have a loud conversation through the entire set, the guy behind me repeatedly tried to lecture me for head-butting him. Given he was a foot taller than me, I'm not even sure how that was possible. FML
Today, I was in band rehearsing for a big concert coming up. Since the band was practicing with the orchestra and there weren’t enough seats, we had to stand. My back was facing everyone when my friend tapped me on the shoulder and pointed to my ass. I got my period and everyone saw the stain. FML
Today, while waiting for class, I let out a huge fart in front of everyone thinking no one would hear it over the music. I was wearing headphones. FML
Today, at a rehearsal, a friend poked me: "My mother is in the orchestra, guess who she is!" I jokingly answer: "Erm…The fat singer?". It was. FML
Pianissimo!
Today, I went to an orchestra concert and everyone was sat really close together. I tried to avoid hitting people nearby, and tried to lean back to not hit anyone. My bow ended up hitting a cymbal from the percussion section and made quite a loud sound. It was during a really soft part of a song. Kill me. FML
I'm right here
Today, while riding on the car with my family, I put on my headphones and pretended to be listening to music and when my parents talked to me, I pretended I couldn't hear them. They took this opportunity to discuss how fat I was and how I can't hold down a boyfriend. They were laughing as well. FML
Strauss would've been proud
Today, at a company event, there was a break. The Blue Danube was playing. Bored, I absentmindedly start singing, “My butt is ugly” to the melody. I forgot that my mic was on and the whole auditorium heard. Not only was I sent home, but my boss wants to “discuss” it on Monday at the office. FML

It is incredibly unprofessional to talk at all during a concert, you completely deserved that.

That's totally bullshit. Unless you're in a philharmonic orchestra, no one would hear it.... Unless you screamed it. I played in LISFA.... I would know.

At my friend's play, when he got off the stage at the end of the scene, he was like, "**** (our principal's name)!!!" next to a microphone. It was a Catholic school, and the principal is a nun.

As much as YDI, I would have loved to be in the audience so I could laugh at what you were saying.

How did you have time to talk while performing? Why the help would you chit chat during such? And how did you not hear your voices being played loudly through a sound system? I'm thinking fake. Or you have an IQ of 40.

I'm with 45, there's no way you wouldn't notice your voice bouncing off the walls of the auditorium if it were really that loud. Come on, when you speak into a microphone you can hear the difference.

I don't get why people feel the need to talk about other people. It's not like their size is hurting you so why does it matter. It's not your business.

#58, some auditoriums have walls with things in it so you can't hear it bouncing off the walls. It's to cut out echoes.
