Today, while I was at the gym, I saw a guy walk into the girls locker room. I was walking nearby so I said, "Hey man, that's the wrong one." Turns out it was just a very masculine-looking woman, with a very masculine haircut. FML

Today, I was in an unfamiliar building on campus and I needed to use the bathroom before class started. I walked in and saw a man at the sink. I said "Oh my god I'm sorry! I thought this was the women's washroom." It was. The very butch looking woman gave me a look of death. FML
Today, I went to the new gym I recently signed up for and started exercising in the men-filled weights room, despite being intimidated by them and the strange looks they were giving me. Workout over, I left the room and saw in front of me a door marked, "Women's weights room." Oh. FML
Today, I was checking out a gorgeous woman in spandex with beautiful flowing long black hair on the treadmill at the gym. I spent a few minutes just watching her body move and ripple under the material. She turned off the treadmill and got off, only for me to find out that it was a guy. FML
Today, I just went to the bathroom and someone thought I was a guy. FML
Today, I decided to go get my hair cut because it was getting a bit long. I told the lady that I wanted it way short and she replied "Why? You will look like a guy sweetie." I am a guy. FML
Today, I was working out at the gym. A very attractive girl was watching me work out, so feeling like a stud, I tried to lift a really heavy weight. I failed, got trapped, and watched helplessly as she walked away laughing. FML
Today, after going to the clinic for my hormone therapy, I decided to go to the mall. I went into the ladies' room to pee, and I heard a guy asking if there was anyone in there who shouldn't be. Yeah, someone called security on me. FML
Today, as I went to the bathroom in a port-a-potty at a park, I forgot to lock the door. A little girl opens the door and then slams it right away. As she walked away I heard her say "no, there's a man in there". I'm a woman. FML
Today, at the gym, a very attractive lady was working out in front of me, wearing tiny shorts that left zero to the imagination. I kept trying to avert my gaze, until her extremely buff boyfriend came over and threatened me. My crime? I wasn’t checking out his girl enough. FML
Today, I went to go to an aerobics class. Shen the instructor walked in, she went up to me and told me it was a women only class. I am a woman. FML

Don't even stress it OP. People who look like that do it on purpose and I'm sure they get comments like that all the time. If they get mad over it, maybe they should take some classes on anger management.

Sad that he's right but...he's right people get "too offended" although normally(with my experience) they just politely correct you about the mistake

Maybe next time just keep quiet? Men don't usually walk in girls locker rooms in broad daylight so there's probably more to the story -- which you found out the hard way.

Too bad. You look like "x" expect to be mistaken for "x". People are too freaking sensitive. I get the occasional "sir" on the phone because I have a deep voice for a woman. Had the same in person when my hair was up under a hat when I worked at a theater. I've done the same with customers whose voices are difficult to place for a "Stacy" and get it wrong sometimes. The customer rarely, if ever, cares. This whole "assume someone's gender" needs to stop. We go on visual and auditory cues. If it's a mistake, politely correct and get on with your life. Shake it off and realize most people don't mean offense.
