Today, I received an almost $400 bill for Internet services I don't even have. When I called and talk to them they told me I still owe them $77 because I didn't catch it within 3 months. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, I got a call from my cable company in regards to a bill I didn't pay. I paid the bill two weeks ago in full, but they never told me the account changed when my name was put on the account. So now I owe $170 more, and my ex-roommate is getting a $140 refund in the mail. FML
Bunch of bankers
Today, my bank overdrafted my account to pay a bill that isn't due until next month. When I called them, they said they would fix the mistake, but I have to restore the account to zero before they'll give me my money back. So, I have to pay for my own money with the money they won't give me. FML
Today, my cell phone service was interrupted because I owed the company 27 cents. It cost 36 dollars to reinstate my service. FML
Emotional lift
Today, I finally got my paycheck that I could enjoy $300 for myself after taking care of my bills with so many other ones. Then, I find out that the water was shut off, which is supposed to be my roommate's responsibility. Apparently, he has not paid it in months, and they want $288. FML
Today, I got my cell phone bill. I pay for 700 minutes per month. I used 9 last month. FML
Can't buy me love
Today, I realized while paying bills on my phone I fat-fingered which credit card I was paying and sent 299 to a paid-off card instead of 200 to another one. Now I'm going to have overdraft fees too. FML
Many such cases
Today, my power company notified me that one of the payments my husband and I sent last week for our overdue bill had bounced. FML
Today, I found out that I owe the government money and that the amount will increase if I miss the deadline two months ago. FML
Today, I received an overdue bill for my now nonexistent car that caught fire in July. FML
Think this through
Today, my parents were surprised when I told them that changing the internet and cable service would also cut themselves off from the internet service's email. Which they have everything connected too. I thought about this when they told me they were saving $200 on switching. They apparently did not. FML

Talk to the head of the billing department. No flunkey is allowed to remove a bill entirely.

Maybe talk to a lawyer?

Just to clear this up I never had a contract with them and none of there people ever came to my house, I don't have their router or anything! On the 4th month they sent me an envelop that said statement enclosed so of course I opened it and it was for almost $400 and I called and had to talk to a million people and finally they told me that it was my fault because I didn't catch it within 3 months and could only take 3 months off the bill. Which is BS because there was nothing to catch. I have yet to receive a bill for that money but if I do I am going to call again and tell them I will not pay it because it is illegal what they are doing and I know that they can see I never had a router form them and they can see I never used internet in the account.
