Back to work
Today, after working at the company for 15 years, all I got was a pin with the number 15 on it and a little bundled package of a pencil, small notebook, keychain and a mug saying “Thank you for all you do!” I wrote an e-mail to HR as to why I deserved a raise or bonus. I got threatened with “disciplinary action.” FML

If you're doing the same work, then all you will ever get is cost of living raises. Now that you have experience perhaps you can start your own business, or you can jump to a competitor. If you can't do that it suggests that you better take what they give and feel grateful.

I wonder if OP is barely adequate or below par at his job, but the company doesn't want to fire him for some reason. They're not excited about his performance so don't offer a raise. Is he a whiner, a troublemaker, annoying co-worker? We don't hear the company's side of this story.

Time to update the resume and start looking for another job - But don’t tell anyone at work! … Either you will find another, better job or you will discover the actual worth of your skills and experience. …. Trust only what an employer will put into writing - And keep a copy of that. Everything else is either lies or potential misunderstandings. … Employers only pay what a position is worth to them and that keeps employees from quitting. Asking for a raise never works. More certain is applying for internal or external positions.
