Today, I had to explain to my son that his dad was too busy in a raid on World of Warcraft to be at his award ceremony. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, my boyfriend forgot to pick our son up from daycare. His excuse? Fighting in a battle in World of Warcraft was far more important and he had to stay absolutely focused. Our son had to wait for two hours. FML
Today, I realized that I'll have to explain to my child that mommy and daddy met on World of Warcraft. FML
Today, I asked my dad to pick me up from school, he said he couldn't. Why? he was busy playing world of warcraft for the night. I got to walk the 3 hours home while my 49 year old dad played computer games. FML
Today, I went into labor and got my husband drive me to the hospital. Instead of staying by my side, he rushed back home for a World of Warcraft raid. His excuse? His friends were counting on him and they'd be pissed if he let them down. FML
Gamers gonna game
Today, I had to delay the Father's Day dinner that I had to cook, so it wouldn't conflict with my wife and kids' gaming schedules. FML
Today, I went into labor with my first child, and as much as I pleaded, I had to wait for my husband to finish his raid in World of Warcraft before he'd take me to the hospital. FML
Today, my fiancé nervously sat me down for a "serious chat". The chat wound up with him asking if we could postpone our wedding, because his World of Warcraft guild had a raid scheduled for the same day. FML
Today, I was feeling proud of myself because I finally quit World Of Warcraft. I later found out about the gift my dad's family gave me. It was a 12-month subscription to World Of Warcraft. FML
Today, I walked in on my son teabagging his sister over a video game. FML
Tidy
Today, my boyfriend taught my son to do his chores. Not real chores, but "Runescape chores" on my boyfriend's account. My son won't pick up his toys or put his shoes away, but he'll jump on the computer to grow plants or cut trees or some other stupid shit. FML

a man who loves WoW more than family shouldn't have one to begin with.

tell that sad sap of a man that his "real life" is with you and your son, and if he doesn't get his fat ass off that ******* computer and start to live life like a real man than you and your son are going to " hit the road Jack, and we won't come back no more, no more, no more, no more. " or you can continue to sit by and watch while the "man" you love wastes his pathetic life in a FAKE world.

I'm assuming he was going for world first lich king down in ICC. still, family is much more important than the glory of killing a boss in WoW. even if it is world first... best guild in the world... if you're a fag WoW gamer like myself, that's a huge deal. even if your guild has to pug for togc ;,(

I don't blame him. I would probably rather sit on a toilet with runny shit for 2 hours than sit through an awards ceremony. Playing WoW is way better than that, lol.
