Today, I walked out of a job interview feeling confident because I'd really hit it off with the interviewer. He called me an hour later to tell me that I didn't get the job, since he was afraid we'd "get along too well and never get any work done." FML

Thinking she was also an applicant, I tried to demoralise her, and said the job was going to be a complete joke. With that, she stood up and said, "Do you still want to go into my office?" She was the interviewer. FML

I explained that the guy who'd called me had said that this wouldn't be a problem. I then watched as my interviewer left his desk to "deal" with him. FML

I had the same thing happen to me once... I however decided to go thru with the interview only to be escorted out after and told to put some clothes on.

95- According to the law, everyone has the right to fair treatment. Meaning, they can't be refused at an interview because they're of a particular race, gender, orientation, etc. The only reason why a person may be refused like that is because they were dressed unprofessionally. It's a universal unspoken rule that one must dress modestly and appropriately when going to an interview. 97- Please refer to the latter half of my previous paragraph.
