Today, I got my wisdom teeth out. My doctor said it was okay to eat, so, I had some mashed potatoes. Apparently, my body disagreed with the doctor, because I threw up. Because my face was so swollen, it didn't make it out my mouth. It went through my nose instead. I literally blew chunks. FML

youve got one ****** up doctor your definatly not supposed to eat till the swelling of the anestatic goes away and then only eat liquid food like soup not mashed potatoes im no doctor and javent yet got my wisdom teeth pulled but even i know that its also commen sence so.. fyl for having an dumbass doctor but ydi for not knowing beter

I got mine out a few months ago. my lips were so swollen I couldn't even eat anything till it went away. it took the whole day for it to stop swelling and for the numbness go away and I had my appointment in the afternoon so it was like torture not eating.

errr.. who the hell is chunks and why were you blowing him? ;) j/k (had to be done, first thing that went through my head) ..laughed juice out of my nose once.. can't imagine what it would feel like with remnants of mash clogging your airways tho!
