Today, I gave a presentation about how teachers don't intervene enough when students are being bullied. Afterwards, I was practically bullied by my teacher for "not choosing a serious topic." FML

Today, I bullied a kid at school, just so someone would talk to me. FML
Today, the 3 girls who have continuously bullied me for the past 3 years gave a class presentation on why bullying is so terrible. Judging from our teacher's comments, they're going to get top marks. FML
Today, I had to attend a meeting with my parents, my teacher, and my bully and his parents. When we started, my bully "broke down" and "tearfully" told the teacher that I was the one bullying him, and that he was getting blamed to cover it all up. They believed him. FML
Today, one of my classmates got bullied and the whole class got to wrote 2000 words about that. FML
Today, during my friend's group's science project presentation, the teacher yelled at me, "Stop making stupid faces at the presenters!" I was smiling. FML
Today, I was bitched out by my 17 year-old son's teacher. It seems the idiot teacher made the kids advocate for his own political beliefs in a presentation, and my son ended his speech saying, "And it remains my opinion that our instructor is cramping my motherfucking style." Instant suspension. FML
Today, I was made fun of at work by my mom and my supervisor. I work at a kids' anti-bullying camp. FML
Today, I started my first teaching job ever. As I was teaching, another teacher interrupted my class about 5 times because she thought it was her class. Not only did she ruin my confidence, her behavior caused my students to laugh at me. FML
Today, I gathered the courage to participate in a class discussion. My professor laughed at me. FML
Today, I taught my daughter to tell a teacher if she was being bullied. My husband however taught her teachers are useless, and if you punch bullies in the balls really hard, they will bend forwards which puts them in a good position for an uppercut that will knock out teeth. The school is furious. FML

I know it's been awhile since I was in school, but I remember some teachers and even a principal cleat being part of the problem. It's a shame.

Elementary school, it wasnt until my parents threatened them with legal actions that they actually got my bullying to stop. Death threats written on the bathroom wall. Who the hell does that in 5th grade?!?!

For a college student it really isn't a good topic. Your teacher has a point. Part of being in college is learning to deal with the fact that some teachers will be shitty and pick on you. It's also not the brightest move to base your topic on the failings of teachers. Out of everything you could possibly pick you picked a topic that is not only juvenile for college level work, but insults some teachers. If you were going to still choose that topic you could have broadened it a bit because a lot of people ignore it, not just teachers. You were asking for it.
