OP here. for all you saying i need to disipline my daughter, believe me i have. I made her appologise to my guests, her computer is taken away and she is grounded for two weeks. the poignancy of the FML would have been lost if i included that part along with the post being too long.

Here's a thought. Take away the device she's using to play **** on. Maybe I don't know.. Try grounding her for her actions. Discipline.. It's an amazing thing.

she deliberately tried to embarrass you to get her way? oh hell to the no! my kid would be cut off from the Internet. she'd be lucky to keep the phone/tablet/computer. and for all of you saying buy her earphones... there is no way. you don't reward bad behavior.

Everyone is saying buy her headphones don't buy her headphones. how about take away any audio visual medium that she can use to look up ****. no TV, no phone, no computer, no radio if she gets mouthy about it. if she continues to be a brat start adding chores. if I pulled something like this at that age my mom would have a new in ground pool dug out entirely by me with a spade shovel.

Don't let her walk all over you! Take away her phone and laptop and tell her until she learns to respect and listen to you, she isn't getting any of her stuff back. Don't let your kid control you!! You're the parent!
