Today, I approached my mother for comfort, because I've been feeling depressed and unloved by anyone lately. She replied, “Honestly, I stopped loving you back when you were a toddler.” FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I told my mom, "I love you". She responded with, "What? I never told you I loved you." FML
Today, I complained to my mom about her always acting cold towards me, and that it feels like she doesn’t love me anymore. Her response was, “You’re damn right I don’t, not since you broke my favorite glass last year.” She used to tell me she’d always love me no matter what. FML
Today, I told my mom she made me feel unloved my whole life. She called my sister and apologized. FML
Today, I felt inspired to create a photo album of myself through the years. As I was organizing the photos of my childhood, I noticed how many my mom was holding me and hugging me in. When she came home from work I jokingly asked, "When did you start hating me?" She replied, "When you were 4." FML
Today, my mom tried to give me a pep talk to boost my self confidence. Somehow, it ended up turning into a conversation about how much of a loser I am and how I have no friends. FML
Today, my mom said that if I wasn't her daughter, she probably wouldn't even like me. FML
Today, my mother looked me dead in the face and said, "I have failed as a parent." FML
Today, I told my mom that I was taking antidepressants because I hate myself. She said "That's not surprising. You hate everybody. And, you're kind of a bitch." FML
Today, I told my mom I was feeling depressed and needed motivation. She hugged me and said, “Honey, you just need to get out there and find someone who loves you for who you are.” Then she added, “...but maybe lose the mustache first.” I’m her daughter. FML
Today, I told my mom that I struggle with depression. She then told me that she thinks that I always seem to suck the life out of a room. FML

Jeez what the heck is wrong with your mother???? Even if it was a (bad) joke, she went too far. Sorry about it. I hope that you are surrounded by better and more loving people. If not, time to go out and meet those people. Good Luck!

See if the DBSA, NAMI, or other organization of this type has a support group in your area. You will find the comfort that you seek in knowing that you aren’t alone. A good therapist will help. Once you feel more confident, you will see who you can depend on and meet other groups through common interests or just getting out.

And that's why some people shouldn't have kids. Kids are not pets, you don't get pregnant to enjoy the first years then nothing. If you're not sure you'll handle it after a few years, get a rat or a rabbit.
