Today, at work, a customer came in and ordered a "Butterbeer Frappuccino." When I said we serve no such thing, she yelled at me for "lying" to her, saying she knew about our "secret menu." She ended up complaining to my manager and demanded that he fire me. FML

Today, I went to pick up my last paycheck, since I was fired last week. My boss said he wasn't going to give it to me. I told him it's illegal not to, and he told me with a shit-eating grin, "What are you gonna do? Arrest me?" FML

Today, I was waitressing when a man sat at my table with soda from somewhere else. Drinks are half the profit for restaurants. There is a strict policy that you have to charge for carry-in drinks. I told him this, he yelled at me so I told him I was doing my job. I got fired, for doing my job. FML

Today, my boss threatened to fire me. Why? An old lady spent 30 minutes looking at our menu before asking for "cottage pie." After telling her that it wasn't an item on the menu, she spent another 20 minutes deciding. She then asked for several more items we didn't have, then complained to my boss. FML

Today, I was getting lunch at a fast food restaurant. My boss was in front of me, and in order to get on his good side I offered to pay. Instead, I got fired because I guess my boss assumed I was making fun of his salary, which I knew nothing about. FML

Today, a customer asked me if we serve spaghetti. She then asked for a manager because I was giving her a weird look, laughing softly when telling her yes, and apparently making her feel stupid. My manager wrote me up. I work at the Old Spaghetti Factory. FML

They probably wouldn't arrest OP considering they didn't make the food. But now that OP knows they are an accessory. They may not be arrested for it but I wouldn't want to have to explain to an officer that I knew and didn't do anything about it. Especially considering someone could get really sick (or possibility die) from eating the food.

Every restaurant is supposed to have a ServeSafe manager to make sure stuff like that doesn't happen. I assume there isn't one there so you should probably alert someone about that. You may be out of a job but it's better than being a part of something that's potentially harmful to customers

All restaurant managers are supposed to be ServSafe certified. In this case, this person knows better than to serve unsafe foods to customers and is making the decision to continue doing it. OP needs to report it to the health department. That place sounds like it's one case of food poisoning away from getting investigated/shut down anyway.
