The Psychopath Test
Today, I caught my two-year-old son dragging his baby sister, by the hair, with a smile on his face. My husband still believes there’s a possibility our son isn’t a psychopath because, and I quote, “He’s only two.” FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, my two year-old son consistently ignores my mom and will crawl towards my dad every time. My mom is now refusing to visit because a two year-old hurt her feelings. I get it, being ignored hurts, but come on, he’s two. FML
Today, my 2-year-old son put his hand on my face, gave me a sweet kiss, and put his cheek against mine. Then he slapped me hard enough to leave a mark, laughed, and scrambled away. FML
Today, my son trained his little sister to walk up to strangers and whimper: "My mommy punches me." FML
Today, I spent two hours convincing my 3-year-old son that he can't poop on his 4-month-old brother out of retaliation for the baby pooping on him. He did it anyway. FML
Today, when I called my 2-year-old son over for a hug, he giggled and squealed as he ran over to me. He then stopped in front of me, punched me in the bollocks, and walked away quite happily whilst I was doubled over in pain. FML
Today, my 11 month-old son started viciously biting whatever part of my anatomy he can sink his teeth into. He thinks it is hysterical to latch on while I scream helplessly in pain for him to let go. FML
Today, I was having dinner with my husband and two toddlers. My two year-old son was being incredibly cute and independently drinking water out of an open cup. I commented on how much I loved him. Two seconds later, he threw said cup with water at my head and started laughing. FML
Today, my 7-year-old cousin has been having raging temper tantrums, added to an inability to tell the truth, and a disturbingly sociopathic nature. I'm pretty sure I'm seeing a psychopath in the making, and I'm stuck living here for two months. FML
Today, my son still sticks his fingers in plug sockets, cuts charging cables for devices, licks batteries and so on, because he enjoys the electric shocks, he thinks they are funny so I can’t even trust him when he sleeps at night, in case he wakes up while we’re asleep and does something stupid. FML
Today, my two year old daughter did not want to leave the toy store, when I picked her up she started screaming at the top of her lungs, "YOU'RE NOT MY DADDY!". FML

Most 2-year olds are assholes simply because they don't really have a full social and mental conception of the world around them. They struggle to understand others feelings in many cases and the consequences of their actions. It's a big difference whether someone doesn't realize what they're doing is painful and wrong, versus someone simply not caring. I imagine he's seen people playing with dolls, and you'd never treat a baby the way many little kids treat dolls, etc. Correct him strongly, and keep a very close eye. Kids that age shouldn't be left unsupervised together, if nothing else due to risk of accidental injury to the baby. If there are issues, get him help early when it will make the most difference and don't assume it's something he can't change. His personality is still quite moldable at this point.

Empathy needs to be repeatedly modeled and encouraged in toddlers before it becomes a part of their behavior. Seriously tho, writing your child off as a psychopath will almost guarantee that they become one in the future.

If you honestly think he's a psychopath, you need to seek help for yourself, because if you raise your kid under that assumption, you're going to end up abusing him. Two-year-olds hurt other kids, a LOT--they don't really understand that they CAN hurt other people, or that they're big enough to cause pain. If this is setting you off, you need to seek help for your son's sake.
