Strike one

Today, my professor ran half a mile in the pouring rain just to return my cellphone, which I had left behind in a lecture. Shocked and embarrassed, I exclaimed, "You shouldn't have!" "Damn right," he responded, "I'm 64 years-old." FML

Wow, you're still lucky to have such a nice professor. Most wouldn't do that, or anything even close

That was nice of him :) At least he didn't keep it for himself!

sa.

I don't think you had to explain it. Except for that one guy, most everyone seems to get it.

Thumb this down please.

I don't really get why your life sucks if he has to babysit his students and even make sure that they take all their stuff with them... His life sucks...

Well, maybe it's my myopia but i fail to see the FML in this. It's more like **** the Professors Life, but then again, he did it voluntarily.

I'm kinda sorry about the heart-crushing guilt you feel. But at least the situation didn't get any worse that it could have. And now you have more motivation to keep better track of your phone from now ;)
