I'd go with the dad. Overprotectiveness means he must care to some extent, plus whether you're a girl or a boy, dads are always cooler and more fun.

well if you stay with the old woman you can steal her weed and sell it but you gotta weigh that with how much money she nicks dads probably the safer option but overprotective parents suck

1. OP is a woman. 2. Maybe she doesn't want to become a pothead and a theif like her mother. 3. She's a theif. He may be over-protective, but her father is obviously the right choice here; being that he wants the free child-care, he would actually help her out in a time of need. Her mother would likely be too baked to even comprehend anything outside of "I'm almost out of weed." or "I need more money...".

obviously your mom, you can do what you want and you don't always haftoo give her money, she's just gunna ask alll the time and our dad sounds like an ass anyways

I say you tell them to fight to the death to see who gets to keep you. Of course, the mother will have the advantage due to her matrix like abilities after hitting the doobie.
