Today, my colleagues and I found out that our boss has been taking business advice from an astrologer, as well as a soothsayer. FML

Tha is just the tip of the iceberg. There are cheaper "do it your self" tricks available, like tarot cards, coffee reading, etc that can make business booming. Suggest this to him, and see that promotion run all the way to home base!
