Without more context it’s hard to know if this was a normal human reaction to an emotionally difficult situation or some sort of breakdown… OP, I am assuming you had a good reason for being so upset. Shit happens and sometimes it’s a quite normal response to do as you did. In that case I hope you are feeling better now. There are times when a good cry is part of the emotional healing process. It’s unfortunate when it happens at work, but life can be messy…

Without more context it’s hard to know if this was a normal human reaction to an emotionally difficult situation or some sort of breakdown… OP, I am assuming you had a good reason for being so upset. Shit happens and sometimes it’s a quite normal response to do as you did. In that case I hope you are feeling better now. There are times when a good cry is part of the emotional healing process.
