Today, my boyfriend went to ask my dad for my hand in marriage. All I could make out from the door was mumbling, until profanities started flying. My boyfriend shouted "well she's a SINGLE bitch now!" and stormed out of the house. My dad still refuses to tell me what happened in there. FML
Today, my dad told me he had been seeing someone for a while and has decided to marry her. When I met her, her son looked familiar. I lost my virginity to him. FML
Today, I was having sex with my boyfriend when my dad pulled up to pick me up from his house. My dad beeped his horn and my boyfriend opened his bedroom curtain, knocked on the window, and waved. While he was still inside of me. FML

If you were having sex that same day, I would assume you've had sex before. If you weren't a virgin when you're dad gave you the ring, you shouldn't have taken the ring. AT ALL. Personally, I believe in waiting but no one's ever forced me. And I'm an atheist, so it has nothing to do with the Church. But it should be YOUR choice, not your father's. So FYL so having overbearing parents. YDI for accepting it when you weren't even a virgin.
