I didn’t ask for sex, just time together. Definitely over I think. FML

If this were in any way a healthy relationship in the first place, your grief and his natural desires would have created a series of conversations, hopefully civil and respectful ones, rather than him going vigilante and cheating. Sounds like he did you a favor and decided he’d volunteer to be the bad guy.

I mean did you two stop when your mom died last month or 3 years ago? if it's been 3 years since you two enjoyed each other, then F His life for sure. but if that is the reason you stopped way back when, then the mourning period is well past in most cultures.
