Today, my wife is threatening divorce because I won't hire her son, my stepson, at the company I work at. Even the lowest position at my company requires a degree in computing, and prior experience. My stepson dropped out of high school to "discover himself" 12 years ago. FML

Today, I was fired from my job. The reason? My boss didn't feel comfortable paying his son's girlfriend. FML
Today, my wife refuses to admit our 13-year-old son has no chance in hell of getting into college. He never got more than an E or an F on his exams, routinely misspells his own name, can't remember our address and I just watched him spend 10 minutes looking for his lost hat which, by the way, was on his head. FML
Today, I asked my wife for a divorce because her kids hate my son and are horrible to him because they don't like that he has a dad and they don't. She's my soulmate and the love of my life, but I can't do this to him anymore. FML
Today, my wife wants a divorce. Apparently, she only married me for my potential, since my twin brother is a lawyer, she hoped I’d become a success as well, but since I’m content to be a carpenter, she considers me a disappointment and a failure. FML
Today, the man who fired me from my job became my stepfather. FML
Today, after my stepdaughter warned me that she’d get rid of me, she's finally successfully driven such a large wedge between me and my wife that we haven’t spoken in a month, and today she asked me for a divorce. Well played, stepdaughter, well played. FML
Today, I'm in my late thirties, I quit my dream job to go back to school in hopes of providing a better future for my family. All my wife does anymore is bitch about how she has to support the family and do everything. I just found out that my grades aren't good enough to continue my college program. FML
Today, I got a call from my ex asking if I could fix her computer. I brought my 7 year old son with me. On the way I told him, how I hated her, but I can't be rude. Once we get there, I say to her "it's nice to see you." My son says "but I thought you said you want her to fall off a bridge?" FML
Today, I learned that my wife lets our son play video games while I'm at work to "keep him out of her hair." We had agreed that he was forbidden from gaming until his grades came up, but apparently she can't be bothered to actually parent. FML
Today, my son has failed all his exams, no university will take him, he keeps getting fired from part time jobs for incompetence, and generally makes goldfish look smart in comparison. His mother refuses to admit she should have quit drinking while she was pregnant. FML

Heres what you do: transfer all your money into an account that you "dont own" and serve that beezy divorce papers. Shes not a keeper bro if shes willing to leave you over not hiring her deadbeat son. ...or you know hire his ass as a part time janitor.

Honestly, I'm sure she has her good side, you married her after all, but an all too common mistake made is that we become far too lenient on the bad qualities because we know about the good qualities. She entered a sacred vow of unity with you, for better or for worse. Now she's threatening you and using that vow as a tool of control. That's dangerously close to emotional abuse. It's time to have a very serious talk with the woman about what the marriage means to both of you. I'm not saying definitely divorce her, but from what you're saying, it's time to financially and legally prepare yourself for the worst. She may be a lovely woman aside from how she views her son, but that doesn't necessarily mean she was ready for marriage. Best of luck, OP. Sincerely.

A lot of professional type companies (tech, engineering, etc) contract with a local cleaning service or the building owner that is leasing the office space to the company has a contract with a cleaning service to clean.

I have a college education in computer technology. I work as a part time facility Attendant, cleaning a sports facility. something that doesn't even require computer degree, I know they have a quite a standard
