The world needs fewer ugly ties.

You should fire him.

I've got three statements to make. 1. How the eff did your employee do that? Im not trying to be mean but how could they have done that like.. were you just standing there or something? because its pretty wierd for a employee to do that quickly. 2. its just a tie darl! even if it could be expensive, its not like your house got burnt, because that would have been Waay worse. and 3. FIRE THIS PERSON BACK! either fire them from their job or sue them or some shii. or do both xD or maybe this story has been told from your perspective and hasn't been really solved. so if you don't fire them or do something about it its probably your fault :D

Bottom line, until you figure out who burned you, you're not going anywhere.

I love that show

#26 hilarius hahahahaha

why don't you fire him? it makes sense since he put your tie on fire :P

Tie on fire , employee fired ?

..new one hire:)!

I'm going to assume YDI... this guy didn't just randomly decide to torch you.

i agree completely. Op, you probably did do something to deserve it.

HAHAH WIN!

Thanks for the abundant context, OP. Try again.

Personally, I like these to-the-point FMLs better than the ones that ramble on so much that they're too confusing to be funny.

Agreed. Most FMLs ramble on and give details that nobody gives a shit about; we just want to hear the punchline that makes it an FML. HOW was your life ******? The short ones are a nice break from the norm.

Retaliate n fire him!

Im reading the name as mcdman....like McDonald's man/manager? In that case, its rather plausible that even the employee didn't know that they did it. It could have been a complete accident in the kitchen!

FML? No No, this should be a FHisL because if you weren't a push over you'd fire him. YDI if you don't fire him.
