Today, the girl who I had a desperate crush on in high school 25 years ago, and who would never go out with me, told me that she was actually head over heels in love with me, but was so cripplingly shy that she couldn't say yes. She's divorced now. I'm married. FML
Today, after admitting he had feelings for me, my crush returned from out of town. He'd said that while he was gone, he'd meet people, but only think of me. He came back no longer single. He's known her for 4 days. We've known each other for 6 years. FML
Today, I realized I'm very much in love with my old boyfriend. I got married to someone else a few months ago, who I also very much love. FML
Today, I talked to my high school sweetheart after 12 years. He confessed that he's been single ever since we broke up, never got over me, and that to this day he loves me dearly. I'm a married mother of two. FML
Today, I found out that the coworker I refused to leave my wife for is now happily married with someone else, while I'm now divorced. FML
Today, I found out the guy i've been crushing on might be my cousin. Again. FML
Today, after thinking my crush maybe liked me back, I confessed. He didn't. FML
Today, I found out that the only two people I've had feelings for in years are both dating each other. FML
Today, I discovered my childhood crush's account after mourning our separation for years. I texted him and I introduced myself to him. I thought he would be as surprised and excited, but unfortunately he'd forgotten all about me. FML
Today, as I recently starting having a huge crush on this one guy, my friend told me she told him about the crush, and that he reacted positively. I made a move, only to find out he has a partner. I've tried distancing myself to get over him but he befriended all my friends and is now in our group chat, and the crush has only intensified. FML

gotta be honest here, if she has been married for 8 years and still thinks of this other dude every single day it would be fairer to her husband to divorce him so he actually has a chance to find someone that wants him and him alone, sounds more like she keeps her husband out of selfish reasons instead of love

Who still has crushes in college? You're supposed to be graduating into full-fledged adulthood at that point. You sound like you still have a lot of growing up to do.
