Today, in a public restroom, an elderly lady started bitching me out for not washing my hands. I was so intimidated that I did so under her accusing watch. I'm quite intolerant to many soaps, and I now have a horrible rash on my left hand because I was too frightened to explain. FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, my coworker cornered me in the office bathroom and insisted that, because she's been watching me, I use the bathroom too quickly and must not be washing my hands, and that I have to wash them from now on. FML
Today, I said hi to my coworker and she immediately yelled, "Get your gross unwashed hands out of my face!" I wash my hands compulsively and they were nowhere near her face. FML
Today, I ran out of toilet paper in the bathroom. I was forced to use tissues to do the job. As if that wasn't bad enough, the sanitizer in the tissues gave me a rash that made me have to stand up frequently in the lecture hall. Several people asked if I had Tourette's. FML
Today, I was washing my hands in my workplace's bathroom and caught my reflection in the mirror. I had toothpaste smeared all over my cheek. I spent the rest of the day wondering how many people had noticed and said nothing. FML
Today, I was in a shopping center when I went to the toilet. I came out, washed my hands and suddenly got a massive itch in my crotch. Without thinking I itched it. I then had to walk around the center with a wet hand print on my crotch. FML
Today, while in the restroom washing my hands, a girl decided to let one rip while in the stall. When she came out she gave me a dirty look of disgust and said, "At least wait until I leave." She and I were the only ones in the restroom. FML
Today, as I was about to go in the bathroom, a girl walked out, shaking water off her hands. Some of it landed on my face, and I just wiped it off. Then she said to her friend who was waiting for her, "The sink's broken. Can I use your hand sanitizer?" So what landed on my face? FML
Today, I really had to go to the bathroom. Due to my fear of public restrooms, I made sure it was clear before I started. I heard someone sigh halfway through. Embarrassed, I waited a full ten minutes before leaving the stall, only to see that it was only the automatic air freshener. FML
Today, I had a lady come up to me in a store just to tell me how bad my acne was and what remedies I should use. I got so embarrassed, all I could say was, "OK" and, "Thank you" until she left me alone. FML
Today, I went for a quick piss at a restaurant. As I walked out the door, a little kid in the bathroom yelled, "HEY MISTER, YOU FORGOT TO WASH YOUR HANDS!" Everyone in the dining room stared, including my date. FML

There are plenty travel size solutions that can easily fit in a purse or pocket. Not washing your hands is just sort of wrong to those who touch things behind you. Not everyone has a strong immune system and we are depending upon the common sense if others to stay healthy. Of course, that is why I'm sick with a cold today, since someone insisted on coughing and sneezing on patrons at a store even after we explained the situation.

Statistically, #3 is more likely to be correct than not correct as 90% of the world is right handed, which is a fair assumption. However, the majority of people in Japan are left handed, and is the only nation to be so. Bad luck #3

I did a research project tracing left-handedness in my family and found it to possibly be gene from my mother's side passed down to females. My Grandmother is left-handed, my aunt is left-handed, I'm left-handed, and both of my nieces are left-handed. So maybe the reason so many in Japan are left-handed is because they all share a common left-handed ancestor. My best answer to that.

Well, giving her the benefit of the doubt and assuming she has some sort of mental disorder or a nervous condition given her extreme/unusual reaction, standing up for herself probably wouldn't have been possible in her agitated state of mind.
