Today, I'd been getting ready to hear my boyfriend's proposal, as his friends had told me he'd talked to them about planning it. He showed up at my house out of the blue… to tell me he's breaking up with me, only to find out he proposed to his ex hours later. FML
Today, my boyfriend dumped me during what was supposed to be a romantic getaway at a remote log cabin. FML
Today, I saw my long-distance boyfriend for the first time in 8 months. He dumped me on the spot because I was "uglier" than he remembered. FML
Today, I am pregnant, and my boyfriend dumped me, saying that he didn't want to be stuck in anything too serious. FML
Today, I went to spend some time with my family. Unbeknownst to me, while I was having quality time with my family, my boyfriend of a year and a half was packing up his belongings and going back to his estranged wife. FML

shower, hair, make up, choosing what to wear.. and maybe changing what clothes to wear a few times. can easily take up to two hours if you want to look especially good for your boyfriend.

60, and? Some people like to wear a lot of makeup, some people don't. It's not a big deal. It takes me about two hours to get ready when I go to see my boyfriend and I don't wear that much makeup. It takes a while to shower, shave, do hair, put makeup on, choose outfit, etc.

I'm sorry, OP. :( But on the bright side of things; seeing you look great will make him wish he never ended it in the first place. People don't realize how good they have it until it's gone. Now's the time to spend some money on yourself, and to get more foundation. ♡♡
