Just walk into his office, climb his deck, and pee all over it. that will get you out of your job

Yes and a criminal record, not to mention that if her boss was in the office at the time it would count as exposing her self in public which would get her a nice spot in the sexual offenders registry

Slavery doesn't sound like all that much fun now, does it? This reminds me of the "Seinfeld" where George tries to break up with a girl, but she doesn't accept it.

Not legal in the state of Washington or any at-will employment state. You or your employer can terminate your employment at any time, for any reason, without notice. If I were you, tell the boss to go #&%$ himself and don't show up again. YDI if you honestly believe he can do that to you.

This reminds me of that episode of That 70's Show where Kelso tried to break up with Jackie and she told him no.

This happened to me, too. My job had a voluntary layoff with an excellent severance package. When I turned in my resignation, my boss refused to accept it. I tried the "if you need me so much, pay me more" thing but it didn't work so I ended up quitting a month later - without the severance pay. It does suck and FYL, OP, if you're in a similar situation.
