It's not what you think!
Today, I bought my daughter a rape alarm after she had a near-miss with a creep following her to her part-time job. As soon as I handed it to her in the car park, she accidentally set it off and one of her coworkers put me in a rather painful headlock and threw me to the ground, breaking my arm. FML

Good news: it works and she has efficient coworkers.

Basically, you staged a rape attempt drill and your daughter's workplace passed with flying colors. You should send them congratulatory donuts.

can you sue?

If it's in America, yes! Here, you can "sue the bishop of Boston for bastardy." We even have a place called Sue City! Whether you'll winner not is another story.

On the plus-side, it works, and she also has caring and protective coworkers. Sounds like she's pretty safe.
