Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I realised how badly the pandemic aggravated my social anxiety when I was playing an online game and an ally kept on getting too close to me throughout the match. I actually had to quit the game and take my emergency meds so I wouldn't go into a full blown crisis. FML
Today, my social anxiety got so bad that I'm now afraid to add people on Facebook. FML
Today, I thought I'd try to play Marvel Rivals, but my anxiety over having to interact with other people got so bad I panicked and never made it past the main menu. I really wanted to make friends or something. FML
Today, my social anxiety hit a new low. I was playing bingo and, although I won, I didn't shout "bingo" because I thought too many people would look at me. FML
Today, my social anxiety is so bad that the mere thought of talking to anyone, even someone who isn't even real, makes me feel ill and uneasy. FML
Today, I wanted to play Among Us for a little distraction. I ended up having a panic attack. FML
Today, I got bored and decided to try World Of Warcraft. FML
Today, I was talking about phobias and anxiety disorders in psychology class. I nearly had a panic attack because I was worried that someone might realize I suffer from them. FML
Today, I realised exactly how bad my social anxiety has gotten when I had a panic attack watching someone ask someone else out on a fictional show. FML
Today, my anxiety got so bad that when I stole a sword in Skyrim and resisted arrest, I had a full-on panic attack as I ran away. I ended up curling up on the sofa as my character got hacked to death on the TV. FML

Turn off the PC and go find another human to interact with. It may be painful at first but it will get better.

Stop becoming a person you don't want to be. Playing WoW obsessively won't help you in any way. Stop and delete your account maybe take up jogging, biking or something. Your clearly not happy with who you are so Change yourself starting now! :) Thoughts become things.

I'm sorry... Someone i used to know had bad social anxiety. It was different for her online or on games and such though, because she didn't actually have to be face to face with the people.

You ever notice its the people that play too many video games and stay locked in their rooms alone all the time with the social disorders...? More kids need to go outside and have normal human interaction, not sit in front of a screen and only have contact with a controller!!
