Today, I went to a different hairdresser than usual to get 5 inches off my hair and bangs. He ended up charging me half price, saying, "Don't worry, we all make mistakes." FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, I paid $50 for a haircut. Halfway through, I realized the hairdresser was drunk. FML
Today, after a haircut, I walked to the cash register, handed the hairdresser a $20 bill and said, "Keep the change." He looked at me with a blank expression and replied, "The haircut costs 25 dollars." FML
Today, I got a haircut. I wanted three inches cut off. When the lady finished, she had cut off everything but three inches of my hair. FML
Today, I went to the hairdresser on a spur of the moment decision to get a quick wash and cut. Forty-five painful minutes and $180 later, I honestly don't know if anything was actually done to my hair. FML
Today, I went to my hair dresser to get my haircut. When she asked me what I wanted, I told her "the usual". She confused me with another customer and gave me a mullet. FML
Today, I went to the hair salon to get a fresh trim before receiving my master's diploma. The hairdresser managed to shave off half my eyebrow. FML
Today, I went to go get a haircut and I asked how much it was for a haircut, shampoo, and a blow job. I meant to say blow dry. FML
Today, my therapist told me that I need to do something different with my hair. Then I paid her. FML
Today, my hairdresser apologised because he couldn't distinguish the hair from the back of my head from the hair from my back. FML
Today, I got offered a free $80 salon haircut by a girl I've liked for awhile. Thinking this was my chance to get close to her, I accepted, only to find out it was for a class her boyfriend was teaching. He was the one cutting my hair. FML

I think he thought you just had your hair cut by someone else...and he was fixing it and gave you a good price...It wasn’t him that he was saying screwed up...

Then why would he complain about the person who “fixed” the hair as opposed to the person who wrecked it in the first place.

You failed to comment on whether or not the hairstyle was bad. I find it hard to believe a hairdresser managed to screw up a basic trim. Even the most mediocre hairdresser can manage to cut off 5 inches just fine.
