Today, I started my period. I am getting married tomorrow. So, not only am I going to be on my period for my wedding night and honeymoon, my best friend has to help me change my pad because my dress is so big. FML

It likes to come at the worst possible moments. This is going to sound gross but, if you and your new husband want to do the deed, use a female condom. And hey, at least you know your bestfriend is a true friend!

You need to start using tampons or you're going to get blood all over that dress. Then you need to start a new birth control pack to delay your period a week or two. Duhhhh

because no one seems to understand: 1. NOT EVERYONE HAS REGULAR PERIODS, EVEN AT AN OLDER AGE, AND ARE UNABLE TO 'TRACK' IT. 2. TAMPONS/PADS/CUPS, ALL UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL. THEY ARE THE ONE WEARING IT, THEY DECIDE. 3. NOT EVERYONE HAS TO OR WANTS TO GO ON BIRTH CONTROL. so stop telling each other what femine product to wear, or that the OP deserves it because she didn't 'track' her period. and also, stop saying she deserves it because she's not on birth control!
