Ydi for cutting your calorie intake that much. you shuld never cut more than 20% ;)
ydi. you shuld never cut your calorie intake with more than 20%
you went from correcting a measurement of metabolism to making it into a speed. it would go from high to low not high to slow. DA be correct if you want to make corrections.
first of all what person who is tryin to lose weight eats at a buffet. just a tip from someone in the health profession cutting calories is a fake way to lose weight. you should actually be eating many SMALL meals measured into SMALL portions. this coupled with regular exercise will cause weight loss. so next time do some research to get proper information so you don't have to starve yourself and then be dumb and pig out at a buffet.
I'm in school to be a dietitian. you can't starve yourself...your body will turn ur MUSCLE into glucose for energy rather thank burning fat. also how long were you on this routine? you need to see a registered dietitian to help you
Here's a wacky idea, DON'T GO TO A ******* BUFFET WHILE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT, DUMBASS.

How long have you been on your new diet/workout plan? Have you been keeping track of your measurements? You do know new muscle weighs more than lost fat, right? and if you weighed yourself the same day as your buffet, the added weight is just food in your intestines. Why do people always associate successful health plans with numbers on a scale?
How long have you been dieting? If you really haven't lost any weight perhaps you should see a doctor.
