You have likely gained muscle and lost the fat. So if you saw slimming in size, you definitely lost the fat.
182 is right ob the money. her body is probably just more used to storing calories as fat than burning them. don't worry op, if you stick to what you are doing you will begin losing weight in no time (just stay away from the all you can eat buffets, obviously!).
You metabolism is shutting down. eat more and get off the crash diet.. you'll have better luck.
it's one thing to make smart as remarks, for the laugh of it, but just by looking at your pic, and reading what u wrote, my conclusion- you are an arrogant, vane, egotistical hoe bag- now my future prediction of you, karma is going to bite you in the ass- 7 kids- welfare- an obesity awaits you- people like u need to jump off a bridge
Right. 1) If you're exercising, you won't necessarily lose weight, as you gain muscle, which weighs more than fat. You'll still look a lot better and be a lot healthier. 2) If you starve yourself, your body stops burning fat, so you can survive through 'starvation'- your body was designed several thousand years ago and isn't used to our modern world of plenty. 3) These things take time. Try a slightly less extreme regime, look for results half a year later. Going extreme ***** up your bodies working and is hard (and often unhealthy) to sustain. You just need to switch to a healthy, active lifestyle. And DON'T freak out if 1 day you eat loads and then are heavier! Ofc you'll be heavier. Doesn't mean it's gonna stay there. Shit and exercise it out...
calorie is spelled with a capital C when refeing to food...
Cutting your calories in half forces your body to take whatever it gets and turn it into fat. Lrn2metabolism.

How long have you been on your new diet/workout plan? Have you been keeping track of your measurements? You do know new muscle weighs more than lost fat, right? and if you weighed yourself the same day as your buffet, the added weight is just food in your intestines. Why do people always associate successful health plans with numbers on a scale?
How long have you been dieting? If you really haven't lost any weight perhaps you should see a doctor.
