screw weight loss, just maintain your weight! you know, it's easier to maintain than then gain!
dumb ass If you work out all the tome you will platoe
It may be because of all the water you're drinking. Your body stores it differently so that weight stays. And keep in mind that while you may be burning fat, the muscle you're replacing it with weighs more so your workout is just weight=-1+1 1/2
Also he may be storing the water but in reality you should drink 8 cups of water a day at least and if u r active and sweat then you should drink 10-12 cups a day minimum. Your body may store water differently but it is also constantly using it. Unless u r wrestling and trying to drop weight classes rapidly and very unsafely I wouldn't advise cutting down on water.
Yeah umm if you work out and junk you won't lose weight necessarily you will gain muscle mass...which muscle weighs more than fat so technically you could gain weight. It's not bad an to all those other people idk if in reading it wrong or whatever but a slow metabolism is why u gain weight a fast one burns off the calories and fats and carbs n stuff faster which means you would weigh less.
If you don't give your body calories, it will adapt to absorb EVERYTHING.
Try cutting out inflammatory foods such as dairy, sugars etc (check out theconciouslife.com). I was at the "no lose whatever I do" point, I cut out dairy, refined foods and wheat products and the weight just started dropping off...
YDI because you probably are losing fat, just not weight. Muscle weighs more and when you work out (big surprise) you gain muscle! Oh the irony!

How long have you been on your new diet/workout plan? Have you been keeping track of your measurements? You do know new muscle weighs more than lost fat, right? and if you weighed yourself the same day as your buffet, the added weight is just food in your intestines. Why do people always associate successful health plans with numbers on a scale?
How long have you been dieting? If you really haven't lost any weight perhaps you should see a doctor.
