Today, my boyfriend took me to his grandfather's funeral. At the reception, his family members insist on hearing me play piano. After getting positive reactions, I dive into one of my favorites, Rustle of Spring. In 2 seconds everyone bursts into tears. That was Papa's favorite too. FML

If I was his family, I probably would have been touched. So don't feel too bad!

Don't feel bad, I'm sure they will appreciate it a little later. It's okay.

not only is this not an FML, but its also fixable...easily. songs over-everyones bawling and you say.. "dedicated to the lovely so and so" take a bow. the end.

this happened to me, we were all at my grandmother's house and there was a random blackout, then the stereo turned on playing classical music, but it was off... O_O

so... you're saying this did not happen to you?

How is this the same as the FML at all? Other than the fact that they both involve music.

How did this get past the moderation? This isn't an FML.

This isn't an FML. #14 is on something stupid.

14 didn't say anything wrong he/she was being SARCASTIC look it up in the dictionary for me. :)

That's not a FML. My family would be happy if you played someone's favorite song

Not an FML. I'm sure they all got chills after hearing it. Also, #22 how is that anything like what the FML is about....?

yeah I'm sure they all were touched by it and that's why they cried, no worries.

I'm gonna agree with everyone else here and say that was probably more of a good thing than a bad thing.
