Agreeing with #1. I'd love to work in an environment like this, provided my boss finds it entertaining to exchange Nerf shots throughout the day. When it's slow at my work I let my people have camera phone fights. As long as the work still gets done and no one is hurt, fun in the workplace can only be a good thing.

We have nerf gun fights at my job. We also have beer and water balloon fights after work
