Today, I found out that being rushed unconcious to the hospital and missing work qualifies you for termination if you don't call in, even if you have a note from the ER doctor. FML

im pretty sure they can get in legal trouble for that there are alot of things companies do that are illegal as long as you ahve proof you could win the case if you take legal action and take it to court just make sure you didnt sign anything reguarding otherwise
