You obviously have never seen a kid that understands that they are driving around a something-ton metal deathtrap.
Well I'd rather have students texting and driving then driving while drunk. Like the 17 year old female who was driving drunk in Alaska and ran into a house nearly killing someone.
Crashing into a house can happen while texting and driving too. They've done studies and proven that texting and driving is equivalent, maybe even worse, than driving drunk.

Sue them for everything they own, remember, they nearly ******* killed you because they thought that their own needs were more important that a person's life. Try to get them imprisoned and their licences void so they don't hurt anyone else
